이 약관은 네스토리움 주식회사(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 유튜브 연동 도구 builderminseo uploader(이하 “도구”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. English version is below.
1. 도구의 성격
도구는 회사가 직접 제작한 영상을 회사가 운영하는 유튜브 채널(@builderminseo)에 예약 업로드하고 메타데이터를 관리하기 위한 내부용 프로그램입니다. 회사가 권한을 준 사람만 사용할 수 있으며 외부에 판매하거나 배포하지 않습니다.
2. YouTube 약관 준수
도구는 YouTube API Services를 이용합니다. 도구를 이용하는 사람은 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침에 동의하고 이를 지켜야 합니다. 업로드하는 영상은 이용자가 권리를 가진 콘텐츠여야 합니다.
3. 개인정보
도구가 처리하는 정보와 보관·파기, 권한 철회 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 책임의 한계
도구는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. YouTube 또는 Google 서비스의 변경·장애로 도구 기능이 제한될 수 있으며, 이 경우 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 약관 변경과 문의
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 최종 수정일과 함께 게시합니다. 문의는 founder@nestorium.xyz로 보내 주세요. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

1. About the Tool
builderminseo uploader (the “Tool”) is an internal program operated by Nestorium Inc. to schedule uploads of our own videos to our own YouTube channel (@builderminseo) and manage their metadata. Only people we authorize may use it; it is not sold or distributed.
2. YouTube Terms
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Uploaded videos must be content the user has the rights to.
3. Privacy
What the Tool processes, how it is stored and deleted, and how to revoke access are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer
The Tool is provided “as is”. Changes to or outages of YouTube or Google services may limit it; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for such limitations.
5. Changes and contact
Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Contact: founder@nestorium.xyz. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
