네스토리움 주식회사(이하 “회사”)는 자사가 운영하는 유튜브 연동 도구 builderminseo uploader(이하 “도구”)에서 처리하는 정보를 아래와 같이 안내합니다. English version is below.
1. 적용 범위
이 방침은 도구에 적용됩니다. 도구는 회사가 직접 제작한 영상을 회사가 운영하는 유튜브 채널(@builderminseo)에 예약 업로드하고 제목·설명·태그·썸네일·공개 예약 시각 같은 메타데이터를 관리하는 내부용 프로그램입니다. 외부 이용자에게 제공되지 않으며, 다른 사람의 유튜브 계정이나 채널에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. YouTube API Services 이용
도구는 Google이 제공하는 YouTube API Services(YouTube Data API v3)를 이용합니다. 도구를 이용하는 것은 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것을 의미하며, Google의 정보 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
3. 접근하는 정보
도구는 채널 소유자가 OAuth 2.0으로 허용한 범위 안에서 다음 정보에만 접근합니다.
- 본인 채널의 채널 ID (올바른 채널인지 확인하는 용도)
- 도구로 업로드하거나 관리하는 본인 영상의 ID, 제목·설명·태그, 공개 상태와 공개 예약 시각
다른 이용자의 개인정보, 시청 기록, 구독자 정보, 댓글 작성자 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 광고나 분석을 위한 쿠키·추적 기술도 쓰지 않습니다.
4. 보관과 파기
- OAuth 인증 토큰은 채널 소유자 본인의 컴퓨터에 접근 권한이 제한된 파일로만 보관하며, 회사 서버나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다.
- 업로드 결과(영상 ID, 공개 예약 시각, 처리 시각)는 같은 영상이 중복 업로드되지 않도록 로컬 작업 기록에만 남깁니다. YouTube API에서 받은 그 밖의 데이터는 저장하지 않습니다.
- 권한을 철회하거나 도구 사용을 중단하면 보관 중인 토큰과 작업 기록을 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
5. 제3자 제공
도구가 처리하는 정보는 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
6. 권한 철회
채널 소유자는 언제든지 Google 계정 보안 설정의 서드파티 액세스 페이지에서 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 도구는 더 이상 해당 계정에 접근할 수 없습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Scope
This policy applies to builderminseo uploader (the “Tool”), an internal tool operated by Nestorium Inc. (“we”). The Tool schedules uploads of videos we produced ourselves to our own YouTube channel (@builderminseo) and manages their metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, scheduled publish time). It is not offered to outside users and never accesses anyone else's YouTube account or channel.
2. Use of YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3). By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Information we access
Only within the scopes the channel owner grants via OAuth 2.0, the Tool accesses:
- the channel ID of the owner's channel (to confirm the correct channel), and
- the ID, title, description, tags, privacy status and scheduled publish time of the owner's own videos it uploads or manages.
We do not collect other users' personal data, watch history, subscriber data or commenter data, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies or trackers.
4. Storage and deletion
- OAuth tokens are stored only on the channel owner's own computer in an access-restricted file. They are never sent to our servers or to third parties.
- Upload results (video ID, scheduled publish time, processing time) are kept in a local job log only to prevent duplicate uploads. No other YouTube API data is stored.
- When access is revoked or the Tool is no longer used, stored tokens and job logs are deleted without delay.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share information processed by the Tool with third parties, except where required by law.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke the Tool's access at any time via the Google security settings page. After revocation the Tool can no longer access the account.
